Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, coach store staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences, and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Facility Condition: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, report equipment failures, and perform general housekeeping duties.
  • Merchandising: Ensure product areas are stocked, rotated, and displayed to meet customer needs, and prepare inventory orders.
  • Sales Controls: Manage shift sales, enter transactions accurately, and maintain cash handling procedures.
  • Financial Controls: Maintain accurate records, prepare daily bookkeeping, and troubleshoot sales discrepancies.
  • Staffing Controls: Supervise store employees, schedule staff, and provide training and feedback.
  • Security Controls: Maintain a safe store environment, report incidents, and protect company assets.
  • Administrative Controls: Prepare sales reports, control merchandise and cash shortages, and perform shift audits.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus 6 months to 1 year of retail and management experience.
  • Knowledge of business principles, customer service, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, work independently, and deal with customer complaints.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced, with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and physical demands. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment, with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing priorities.
