We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Center for Medically Fragile Children and Adult ICF. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect quality care to residents, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
- Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice.
- Coordinate resident care activities with other members of the healthcare team.
- Supervise the nursing care given.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position upon hire.
- 1 year of experience in long-term care.
