Job Title: Farm Laborer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Farm Laborer to join our team at NJ Employer. As a Farm Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop cultivation, harvesting, and farm maintenance.

Responsibilities:

* Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops using hand tools and machinery
* Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as needed
* Transplant, weed, thin, or prune crops
* Construct and repair farm buildings and fences
* Operate tractors and other farm equipment
* Maintain and repair farm vehicles and equipment
* Record information about crops, including yields and costs

Requirements:

* 3 months of experience in performing tasks described in this job order
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
* Physical ability to lift 42 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
