We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Business Partner to join our team at Dendreon. This individual will serve as a key business partner to the senior leadership team, focusing on talent management, employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement, staffing, compensation, and performance management.
In this role, you will collaborate with Leadership to develop and implement human resource strategy to achieve current and future business objectives. You will influence business outcomes through credible and authentic relationships with leaders and HR colleagues in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Cultivating a culture centered around driving a fantastic employee experience, you will lead all people and culture-related strategies for your business units. You will partner with COE's to support strategies on Talent, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Total Rewards.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and execute projects with a strong attention to detail. You must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with confidential information and be willing to work flexible hours to meet customer demand.
You should have experience in HR generalist, recruiting/staffing, program/project management, and policy/process development. Group training and organization effectiveness programs are also essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MS or MBA preferred.
