Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Specialist to join our team at Central Garage. As a Nursing Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
