YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC MANAGER / INSTALLER
In this role, you will oversee the installation processes for our projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring that every job is executed with precision and efficiency. You will utilize your planning and organizational skills to schedule energy audits and manage financing and permits. Additionally, you will coordinate ductwork measurements and orders, verify sales measurements for accuracy, and make necessary adjustments. You will lead your team, ensuring that the right number of personnel is assigned to each project to achieve optimal results. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of quality and accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Demonstrated managerial experience with references
