About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced baker to join our team at Morrison Child and Family Services. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading our bakery operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of bakers to achieve high-quality production and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement new recipes and products to meet customer demand and drive sales growth
• Ensure that all bakery products meet our high standards of quality and presentation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
• Monitor and control inventory, waste, and labor costs to optimize profitability

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Extensive experience in a bakery or related industry
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
