Job Description: Manufacturing Facility Head

Independent Can Company is seeking an exceptional Manufacturing Facility Head to lead our plant operations and drive business growth. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing facility, including production planning, supply chain management, and personnel management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation
