Vocational Nurse with Permit
About the Job:Medical Center Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in an ambulatory setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide quality care to patients under the supervision of physicians and mid-level practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide practical nursing care to patients
- Assist in administering medications and treatments as delegated by physicians
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Currenly licensed as a Vocational Nurse (LVN) by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas or hold a current Texas permit
- Minimum of six months experience working as an LVN preferred; one year of experience in an ambulatory setting preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association required upon hire or transfer to department
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience. Medical Center Hospital offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
