Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical and psychosocial needs
  • Develop and implement a multidisciplinary plan of care
  • Evaluate patient response to care and make adjustments as needed

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current licensure as a physical therapist in the State of Wisconsin
  • CPR certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
