We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Clearwater at Glendora, a premier luxury senior living community in Glendora, CA. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for training, scheduling, and directing our dining room Servers to ensure residents receive exceptional customer service, efficiency, and professionalism during their meal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and supervise dining staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage, schedule, evaluate, and direct Servers to ensure they work efficiently and professionally at all times.
  • Ensure a sanitary dining room complying with all health and safety codes, licensing regulations, and policies regarding food handling and serving.
  • Develop and implement training, policies, and processes to ensure Servers are properly groomed, dressed, and using proper etiquette and manners while waiting tables.
  • Survey residents to determine their satisfaction levels with the service provided and make corrections as necessary.
  • Manage and track budget spending and goals.
  • Represent the Clearwater Living principles and core values on a daily basis.
Requirements:
  • AA degree or Bachelor's degree in Gerontology, Kinesiology, Recreation Therapy, or Health Promotion, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum one year of supervisory experience, including training and supervising staff and developing and managing a budget.
  • Serve safe certificate and First Aid/CPR/BLS Certification preferred.
  • Background clearances as required by government regulations.
