Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Anesthesiology Specialist to join our esteemed team at Kaweah Health, in proud partnership with Stanford, in Visalia, CA. As a Full-Time Cardiac Anesthesiologist, you will have the opportunity to elevate your expertise and contribute to a fulfilling and impactful career.
Responsibilities- Provide anesthesia coverage in various locations, including Cardiac Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Structural Heart/Cath Lab, and potentially General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Podiatric Surgery, Ophthalmological Surgery, Gynecological Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Urological Surgery, Trauma Surgery, and Labor and Delivery Anesthesia.
- Maintain a mix of resident supervision and independent practice.
- Work 8-hour shifts on non-call days.
- Participate in home call shifts for cardiac cases approximately 1:3 weekdays and every 3rd weekend.
- Hold ABA Board Certification or Eligibility and maintain current ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications.
- Hold an Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship.
- Be certified in Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography.
- Possess an active CA license.
- Demonstrate interest in teaching and residency education.
- Enjoy a guaranteed $2600 per shift with hourly compensation after 8 hours as an Independent Contractor.
- Receive a weekday and Weekend call stipend.

- Be eligible for up to a $30k sign-on bonus with a 3-year full-time retention.
