Server Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server Representative to join our team at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned table section, including the pace and experience of each guest
• Understand the restaurant menu and engage guests in choosing menu items, answering questions, and making recommendations
• Anticipate guests' needs, process orders, and take payment in a timely and hospitable manner
• Understand the restaurant's seating layout, table division, and food delivery procedures
