Your Role
Process, cut, bundle, and load reinforcing steel bars according to customer specifications. You will work alongside a mentor who will instruct you on the safe operation of all machinery.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Unloading trailers and organizing materials in storage areas.
  • Utilizing a shearing machine or power saw to cut reinforcing steel bars to precise lengths, and a bending machine to shape reinforcing steel bars as required.
  • Operating an overhead crane to move, assemble, and select materials for fabrication or shipment.
  • Preparing and loading orders onto trailers for delivery.
  • Using a spray gun for the application of epoxy touch-ups on reinforcing steel bars.
  • Keeping the workshop or designated area clean and safe.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Able to read and understand basic safety and operational instructions.
  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations for accurate bar measurements.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • This position is safety-sensitive due to operational conditions.
  • Must be available for overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to work any shift.
  • Some heavy lifting may be required.
  • Working conditions may be noisy, dusty, hot, or cold.
