Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 15+ employees, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet productivity standards.
  • Review reporting and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee the receiving, processing, put-away, picking, and shipping of merchandise, ensuring accurate tracking and inventory management.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve daily goals and objectives.
  • Maintain the integrity of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and US Customs rules.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a bonded warehouse.
  • Experience with WMS systems and RF technology.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Access, and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
Benefits

As a Logistics Operations Manager with Starboard Cruise Services, you can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Working Conditions

The Logistics Operations Manager position requires occasional evening and weekend work, with flexibility in hours. You must be available during core work hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday) and work a minimum of 30 hours per week to maintain full-time status. Physical demands include frequent sitting, walking, and standing, with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
