About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Support Professional to join our team at Liberty Healthcare.

As a Behavioral Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges to achieve improved behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with their activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene
  • Facilitate fun and engaging activities in the home to promote socialization and skill-building
  • Help maintain a clean and safe living environment
  • Escort residents on community outings to promote socialization and community integration
  • Implement and monitor behavior plans to promote positive behavior and reduce challenging behavior
  • Monitor and report changes in physical and behavioral health
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $24.00 with eligibility to increase to $25.00 after 90 days of employment
  • Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 10pm and 6am (night shift)
  • $1,000 new hire bonus ($500 paid at 30 days of employment + $500 paid at 90 days of employment)
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance
  • Health Savings Account, 401k, and other perks
  • 240 hours of paid time off annually (equivalent to thirty 8-hour days)
  • Tuition reduction scholarship with National University
  • Eligibility for pay increases and ongoing opportunities for professional advancement
Requirements
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification
  • Individuals aspiring to obtain their RBT certification are encouraged to apply – training and supervision will be provided
