Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-store visits following Mondelēz' established methods to cover for team members as necessary.
- Utilize an iPad Tablet to place orders for products to ensure optimal stock levels on shelves and displays.
- Maintain and represent Nabisco's premier brands, including Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, by adhering to Mondelēz' merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure that the agreements made by Sales Representatives with store managers are implemented and report any discrepancies to the Mondelēz management team.
- Follow the daily route plan provided by the operations team to deliver efficient in-store service.
- Act as a representative of Mondelēz International in interactions with store personnel and collaborate with sales representatives to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.
- Boost seasonal sales and manage the launch of new products through effective display strategies.
- Engage with store management upon arrival and departure.
- Monitor any issues in collaboration with the sales representative while prioritizing safety.
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years, possess a valid driver's license, and provide proof of auto insurance.
- Be able to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations, with mileage reimbursement provided.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
- This role demands the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment, including:
- Repetitive motions
- Standing for extended periods while managing stock, building displays, and merchandising products
- Engaging in physical activities such as pulling, pushing, lifting, bending, kneeling, squatting, and carrying weights ranging from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs.
- Reside within a reasonable distance from the primary location.
- Be available for morning shifts from Monday to Friday, with potential weekend work; starting time is typically at 7 am.
