Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of neonatal patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in neonatal care, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and advance the field
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of Illinois
- Current Illinois Controlled Substance License within 6 months of hire
- Eligible for DEA registration; possession of a current DEA Registration within six months of hire and may vary based on practice site
- Current BLS Certification
- Current PALS/ACLS certification may vary based on practice site
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with varying hours and shifts to meet the needs of Advocate Health. You will be expected to work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality patient care, while also maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
