As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, administering, and assisting in all activities on a specific Nursing Unit. You will work under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Supervisor to ensure the highest level of care for our residents/clients.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the assessment of residents/clients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report on the quality of life and care issues of residents/clients.
- Manage the Environmental of Care to ensure the safety of residents/clients and staff.
- Surveil, prevent, and control infection by adhering to and ensuring compliance of staff with infection control policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as directed.
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years long term and acute care experience preferred.
- BCLS required and IV Therapy certification preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $87,432.52 to $92,382.52 per annum, as well as a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for full-time RNs. Part-time RNs will receive a prorated sign-on bonus.
