Job Overview

A+MORTGAGE is seeking an experienced Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst to support the Lock Desk by processing rate locks, rate lock change and extension requests while adhering to and enforcing rate lock policies.

This role requires strong mathematical and analytical skills, working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will have a detail-oriented approach, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process rate lock requests within pricing engine and loan origination system (LOS) in a timely fashion
  • Assist Mortgage Operations and Sales with loans changes, repricing's and extension requests
  • Research competitors for price indications
  • Verify mortgage loan pricing to published rate sheets
  • Prepare various mortgage loan pipeline and production reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned
