We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care standards.
• Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
• Current MA License as a Registered Nurse.
• Associates degree in nursing required, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year acute Psychiatric Inpatient experience desired.
• Ability to work with Mental Health issues and patients who have identified psychiatric/mental health needs.
• Good interpersonal skills, knowledge, and skills required for the position.
Physical Requirements:
• Exerts 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Frequently reaches (extending hands and arms in any direction), handles (seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or working with hands), and feels (perceiving attributes of items such as size, shape, temperature, or texture by means of fingertips).
• Occasionally stoops (bending the body downward and forward by bending the spine at the waist), and kneels (bending the legs at knee to come to rest on knee or knees).
• Rapid physical movements (walking rapidly, running up and down stairs) and lifting and/or holding of patient's extremities may be required in the event of responding to behavioral emergencies (i.e Code100's).
