HR Support and Services Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at The Moorings Park Institute Incorporated.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience working in an HR role. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and providing HR support to assigned departments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment process tracking and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and files
- Provide HR support to assigned departments
- Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees
- Complete background checks and OIG renewals
- Run human resources reports as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years' experience using HRIS and ADP preferred
- Experience in Human Resources preferred
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
