As a Graduate Nurse, you'll work with our healthcare team to earn your Registered Nurse credentials. You'll use our nursing model to coordinate patient care and create personalized care plans. You'll evaluate patient responses, document outcomes, ensure smooth healthcare transitions, and prevent complications or delays.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients, prioritize needs, and assess care effectiveness
- Provide relief from pain and incorporate each patient's unique needs, respecting confidentiality and advocating for their concerns and rights
- Facilitate learning for patients, their families, members of the nursing staff, and the community
- Work alongside colleagues and community in the delivery of patient care, emphasizing collaborative efforts
- Apply system thinking to solve challenges faced by patients, their families, and staff
- Graduate of an Accredited ADN or BSN Program
- Must be certified in Basic Life Support or obtain certification within 30 days of hire
- Need a Graduate Nurse or Registered Nurse License by start date
