Job Description

As a Software Support Technician at CAMP Systems, you will maintain customer satisfaction by providing remote software system support, identifying system improvements, and training end-users on software usage.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Troubleshooting software issues through research, testing, and remote screen sharing.">
  • Providing Tier I support for incoming service requests via phone and email.">
  • Escalating incidents to Senior Support Engineers and alerting managers of priorities and problems.">
  • Consulting customers on software best practices and guiding them through corrective steps.">
  • Documenting information for specialist attention when necessary.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • An Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school.">
  • A minimum of two years' related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.">
  • Knowledge of current networking standards, system administration, and Microsoft Server and Windows operating systems.">
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.">
  • Hardware/software troubleshooting experience in environments servicing local and remote users.">
