QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTANT MANAGER

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in a fast-casual restaurant, including at least 3 months in a management role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated leadership experience

  • A proven history of team development
