About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tire Service Technician to join our team at Discount Tire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing new tires and wheels, performing maintenance on tires, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new tires and wheels on cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles
  • Perform routine tire maintenance, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Provide a world-class customer service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest tire technology and techniques
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in tire service a plus
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software
