About the RoleThis position offers the chance to work with a highly skilled and compassionate team, delivering top-notch patient care and making a positive impact on our community. As a Registered Nurse at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord, you'll be responsible for:
- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care;
- Practicing in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics to advocate for patients, uphold their autonomy, ensure informed consent, and assist patients and families in expressing self-determination;
- Mentoring colleagues to advance nursing practice and the profession;
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to research and evidence-based practice;
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:
- A graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited program;
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field;
- A current RN license in good standing in New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure;
- Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS, as applicable;
- A strong commitment to patient-centered care, professionalism, and continuous learning.
