Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests consistently
  • Enter data into the computerized reservation system to maintain accurate records
  • Utilize the reservation system to address unit availability and assist guests with bookings or modifications as necessary
  • Prepare invoices and collect payments through the rental program and merchandise sales, while ensuring the security of safety deposit boxes
  • Receive and relay housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain and restock the front desk with necessary supplies, including preparing arrival packets
  • Provide guests with information regarding local attractions and resort amenities
*Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement.

  • 6 months of experience in Customer Service
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and conduct, especially when addressing upset guests and challenging situations
  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice as business needs arise
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks to meet organizational goals
