Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to students with communication disorders in Hanford, CA.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' speech and language goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • California state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in a school-based setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
