Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapeutic Care Specialist to join our patient-centered team at Lifespan. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide personalized care and support to patients with respiratory disorders.

Major Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing individual needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of clinical experience; A.S. degree with applicable experience considered.
  • Current MA license or eligibility; current CPR certification preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 per year.
