{"h1": "Van Driver Job Description", "p": "At Riveon Mental Health and Recovery Careers, we are seeking a reliable and skilled Van Driver to provide transportation services for our agency clients on predetermined routes. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for operating our noncommercial passenger van, following assigned routes and time schedules, and ensuring compliance with our transportation rules and procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Operate agency's noncommercial passenger van for purposes of transporting clients to and from service locations
* Follow assigned routes and time schedules
* Insure compliance of agency's transportation rules and procedures
* Abide by all laws and safety procedures
* Complete mileage and transportation logs
* Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle and perform daily inspection checklist
* Report needed repairs and maintenance to Supervisor for scheduling
* Forward fuel and related expense receipts to supervisor
* Report emergency situations to the appropriate Department Director(s)

Requirements:

* General Requirements: Must possess a valid Driver's License and have a good driving record
* Must be insurable through a reputable insurance provider
* Must possess good verbal communication and time management skills
* Must have the ability to effectively work with agency employees, outside contacts, and a diverse client population

Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Certification Requirements: None. Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is NOT required

Amount of Travel: Daily use of agency vehicles on assigned routes; mostly confined to local travel

Salary Range: $10.45/hour starting rate

Hours: Part-Time, Day Shift. (Monday-Friday 7a-1p)
