Data Analyst II

Job Overview:

This Data Analyst II role plays a vital part in supporting the growth and success of Marshall Health Network. You will be working closely with our leadership team to develop and execute comprehensive analytics strategies, driving data-driven decisions that propel our organization forward. Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Analytics Strategies: Collaborate with senior leaders to create and implement performance measurement and analytics initiatives, focusing on enhancing patient care, reducing costs, and improving population health.
  2. Drive Business Decisions with Data Insights: Analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing actionable recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  3. Leverage Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced SQL skills, data modeling solutions, and database reporting tools to extract valuable insights from large datasets, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  4. Promote a Culture of Data-Driven Decision Making: Foster a collaborative environment where data analysis informs every aspect of the organization, from resource allocation to quality improvement initiatives.
