Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Partners Healthcare System. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced perioperative care unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred
- Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of medical/surgical Nursing experience preferred
- Related experience required for advanced clinical and specialty areas
- Leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Membership in a professional nursing organization
