Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Plumber to join our team. As a Lead Plumber, you will be responsible for leading a team of plumbers, providing expert plumbing services to our customers, and ensuring that our company's high standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of plumbers to provide residential plumbing services, including water heaters, water conditioning, drain clearing, piping, pumps, and diagnosis.
  • Provide expert plumbing services to customers, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of plumbers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and maintain a fully stocked warehouse, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available for plumbers to complete their work.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.
  • Provide real-time coaching and support to plumbers to ensure that they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in residential plumbing, including water heaters, water conditioning, pumps, drains, piping, repairs, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading a team of plumbers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, plumbers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
