LPN - Medical Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled LPN to provide medical support to our clients in a home care setting. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience as an LPN in a home care setting and be able to work a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical support to clients in a home care setting
- Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care
- Accurately report and record patient condition and care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and teach self-care techniques
- Follow universal precautions when giving patient care
Requirements:
- 1 year experience as an LPN in a home care setting
- Graduate of an accredited program of practical nursing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
