Job Title: Travel LPN

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel LPN to join our team at Agile 24 Healthcare. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of those you serve.

Job Summary:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in a long-term care setting
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced long-term care environment
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
  • 1-2 years of experience in long-term care
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
