Warehouse Associate

Location: Vallejo, CA

Salary Range: $17-$22/hr

Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our warehouse. Your efforts will be crucial in supporting our clients and maintaining seamless production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately picking and packing orders, receiving, and organizing products, as well as loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Verifying that the correct items and quantities are selected for daily shipments.
  • Matching shipping labels with invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing a variety of tasks with moderate to high activity levels, including lifting and moving items weighing 20-25lbs.
  • Coordinating the timely loading and unloading of shipments to and from designated vehicles.
  • Conducting inventory counts and quality checks on all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining precise records for management.
  • Processing returns and managing inventory discrepancies.
  • Utilizing carrier websites and systems as necessary.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Engaging in continuous movement throughout the warehouse, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, and reaching.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
  • Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and integrity.
  • Adaptable and flexible in response to changing work demands.
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
