Shipyard Apprentice

Job Summary:

Curtin Maritime is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Labor Training Program as a Shipyard Apprentice. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop a rewarding career in the maritime industry, working on a variety of projects and tasks that will challenge and engage you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine physical labor with supervision, including moving materials, tools, and equipment
• Clean equipment, vehicles, machinery, and work areas
• Perform additional duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor for the completion of the job in a safe and timely manner

Program Overview:

The Labor Training Program is designed to produce skilled workers who are self-motivated and willing to learn and work hard. The program consists of three levels of training, and from there, you will have the opportunity to decide what's next in your career.
