Employ-Temps Staffing Services is on the lookout for a skilled professional with experience in industrial maintenance.
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of industrial machinery within a manufacturing setting.
This role involves the upkeep, repair, and diagnostics of various equipment, including but not limited to, press machines, welding apparatus, cranes, and forklifts.
Work Schedule:1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Compensation:
$23 - $25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance tasks, including installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
2. Complete daily maintenance assignments for equipment and facilities.
3. Install and maintain overhead cranes, industrial machine tools, and forklifts.
4. Assist in complex machinery setups.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
2. Proven experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and installing machinery and equipment.
3. Strong understanding of industrial hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
4. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering, and mechanical drawings.
5. Experience in executing preventive maintenance schedules.
6. Excellent organizational skills.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certification from the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC).
2. Experience in maintenance activities within a job shop environment.
3. Familiarity with overhead DC crane operation and maintenance.
4. Knowledge of working with 480-volt power systems.
