About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our team at NR Consulting. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement complex Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including multiple integrations and multi-geo rollouts.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Field Service.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, with 8-10 years on Microsoft technologies.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience with Dynamics CRM, including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud.
  • Proven experience in architecture and design, with a strong understanding of complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and team handling skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile DevOps environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Experience with Azure AI, Client, and IoT platform.
  • Experience with Virtual Agent.
