Job Summary

The Production Planning and Scheduling Manager will be responsible for leading monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, tracking forecasting variance, managing Supply Chain schedules, and maintaining production scheduling tools.

Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly S&OP meetings to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Monitor and analyze forecasting variance to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Manage Supply Chain schedules to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods
  • Maintain production scheduling tools to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams
