Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server Team Member to join our team at Goose Feathers Cafe & Bakery. As a Server Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including cleaning tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring that the dining area is tidy
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that food is served promptly and efficiently
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the dining area

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of continuous full-service restaurant server experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior employment references required
  • Open schedule availability and ability to work weekends
  • Available to work 4-5 days a week between the hours of 7:00am & 4pm
  • Applicants must be articulate, able to work in a fast-paced environment, neat in appearance, dependable, punctual, and focused on providing exceptional customer service

Compensation:

$9 per hour plus shared tips after 2 weeks training
