Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing high-quality cleaning and maintenance services to our office locations across the five-county catchment area. As a Multi-Site Custodian, you will be tasked with ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including offices, common areas, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deep clean and maintain office spaces, including floors, surfaces, and equipment
  • Manage and adhere to a bi-monthly cleaning schedule
  • Ensure high cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Communicate effectively with site managers and team members
  • Perform routine check-offs of custodial van and equipment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of continuous auto insurance
  • At least two years of experience in commercial cleaning, preferably in multi-site environments
  • Strong organization and time management skills
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing high-quality services to our clients.
