Job Summary

Anderson Columbia Co. Inc. is seeking a skilled Asphalt Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our paving crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality construction of roads and highways.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the construction of roads and highways using asphalt and other materials
  • Operate heavy equipment such as rollers and graders
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as cleaning and preparing work sites
  • Collaborate with other crew members to ensure efficient and safe work practices
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid FL Driver's License or ability to obtain within 3 months
  • Dependable transportation to work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing weather conditions
