As a Production Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of our clients' events. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks, from driving and operating company vehicles to setting up and dismantling event equipment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Transporting, loading, and unloading company trucks, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of equipment to various event locations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service at events, interacting with clients and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Installing and dismantling a diverse range of event rentals, including tents, tables, chairs, games, decor, audio-visual equipment, lighting, and projection systems.
  • Maintaining meticulous inventory records for all event equipment and company property, ensuring accurate tracking and organization.
  • Cleaning and maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and work areas, upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Preparing customer orders, processing returns, and assisting with general warehouse operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven experience working in a physically demanding environment, comfortable with heavy lifting and operating power tools.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email and internet navigation.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a general labor, warehouse, or production capacity.
  • Forklift and scissor lift experience and certifications.
  • Knowledge of audio-visual equipment setup and operation.
