Tift Regional Health System, a leading healthcare provider in Georgia, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Radiology Nursing Department.
**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients in one or more patient care departments according to State Board of Nursing Practice Act, standards of practice, and professional performance.
* Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
* Participate in decisions related to patient care and nursing practice, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
* Develop and maintain conditions conducive to high-quality nursing care, staying up-to-date with federal, state, and facility regulations, laws, and policies.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia
* Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
