Part-Time Truck Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Truck Driver to join our team at Ector County Independent School District. As a Part-Time Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting band equipment to and from extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a truck/tractor with trailer to transport band equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and inspections
  • Report any needed repairs to the Driver Supervisor
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
Requirements:
  • Class A CDL
  • Good driving record
  • Pass D.O.T. physical, pre-employment drug test, and background check
  • Six (6) years of general driving experience preferred
Working Conditions:

Frequent districtwide and statewide travel; occasional prolonged and irregular hours.
