Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and patient outcomes services, to patients in a retail pharmacy setting.
  • Consult with patients and healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote health and wellness in our communities, including health education and disease prevention programs.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, verification, and management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and technology, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and pharmacy operations.
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
  • Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
  • Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
