Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Hackensack, NJ. As a Respiratory Therapist in the Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Administer medications as ordered and document patient responses
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Transport patients as needed and maintain a safe and clean environment
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Current licensure and certification in Respiratory Therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
