Overview

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is a leading nonprofit provider of kidney care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and advancing the field of nephrology. We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team and contribute to our mission of prioritizing individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare dialysis equipment and treatment supplies to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments according to facility policies and procedures
  • Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching to promote optimal care
  • Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physicians and families
  • Administer and chart prescribed medications, adhering to CDC/CMS infection control regulations
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews to ensure continuity of care
  • Document patient education efforts and facilitate communication with local hospitals
  • Assist in medication inventory management and lead a small patient care team
  • Contribute to onboarding new staff members and perform additional tasks as requested
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and clinical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and collaborate with care teams
  • Accredited nursing degree required; dialysis experience not necessary, with job shadow opportunities available
